Check-in was a challenge due to the absence of staff, which raised some safety concerns given the unlocked lobby doors. The room was not well-equipped. there were no cups or extra toiletries available, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. On a positive note, the location made it easy to access nearby restaurants, and the spacious layout of the room provided some comfort during the stay.

Do recommend for a quick stopover
Comfortable room, convenient location, with friendly staff at the 24-hour reception who were always willing to assist, making our stay enjoyable.
Nothing I didn't like.

We enjoyed the convenience of being close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was nice to spend time relaxing with my mother after playing a challenging round of golf at Bull Creek Golf and Country Club.
My kids wished there were better breakfast options.

convenient location but breakfast lacks variety
The location of the hotel was quite convenient for our family. We could easily walk to several restaurants nearby, and a grocery store right next door made it easy to grab snacks. The staff was friendly, welcoming us with warm smiles during our stay.
The breakfast options were limited and could use improvement.

The room was cozy and the decor really added a nice touch to our stay. We also loved taking a dip in the pool and chilling in the lounge area after a long day. A slight downside was the breakfast selection, which could use a bit more variety for those hungry mornings. 😊

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was large and comfortable, featuring a kitchenette complete with a microwave and refrigerator. It was nice to have the private bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletries, making my stay even more convenient.
The breakfast options were limited to just cereal and bananas.

Spent two nights here. Only highlight was the comfort of the bed. Otherwise, the staff were unhelpful and the room had significant cleanliness issues.

Had a nice time staying with my son's family. The convenience of being just a short drive from the dance competition was great. Plenty of dining options nearby made it easy to grab meals. The front desk staff were friendly and made checking in smooth.

Check-in felt disorganized. It took a while before I got my room key, and initially, it seemed like my reservation was lost. The room had a nice, large king-sized bed that was super comfortable. I liked the faux wood floors which gave it a modern touch. Wi-Fi connected smoothly and was pretty fast. I appreciated having a refrigerator and a flat-screen TV. The staff at the front desk were very kind and made me feel welcome, which was a positive touch. However, the room cleanliness could definitely improve. I noticed hairs in the bathroom, which was displeasing. I had some issues with the shower where the knob didn’t work properly. Additionally, I found the furniture to be mismatched and in need of updating. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by some aspects but left wanting better cleanliness and maintenance.
